How to Pay the Bill

Online Credit Card: Credit card payments are accepted through Online Resources. Customers must pay a convenience fee of $3.95 to make payment. Payments of $400 or less are accepted.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Miami Dade Water and Sewer charges:
- Late payment fees: Late payment fees are assessed at 10% of the past due amount. If payment is not made in full or customer service contacted by the 10th day after payment is due, Miami Dade Water and Sewer reserves the right to disconnect service.
- Returned check fees
- Disconnect/Reconnect fees: Both disconnect and reconnect fees are charged in applicable cases.
- Deposit: Deposits are collected from some customers based on credit history and other proprietary factors. After two years of on-time payments, customers may request a refund of the security deposit. The refund will be added to the Miami Dade Water and Sewer bill as a credit.
