What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your OUC Bill

How to Pay the Bill

Pay online: You can pay your OUC bill online by visiting the payment page for your service location. Customers living in Orange County and Orlando visit https://ecxg1.convergentcare.com/ouc/cxpe.action?subClientNumberSelection=10300 to make an online payment. Customers in Osceola County and St. Cloud visit https://c2g.ouc.com/Click2GovCX/Index.jsp to make a payment.

Pay by phone: Customers can call 1-407-423-9018 in Orlando and Orange County to make a payment by phone. If you live in Osceola County or St. Cloud call 1-407-957-7373 to make a payment. Payments are accepted through the automated system 24 hours a day.

Pay at a customer service center: Customer service stations are available 24 hours a day for OUC payments. After business hours, customers must use the drop box located outside the payment office for payments.

Bank payment centers: Customers can make payments at various bank payment centers throughout the coverage area.

There are no penalties or fees listed for OUC. Customers will likely have to pay one or more fees if payments are late or service is disconnected for non-payment.

I Can’t Make a Payment

OUC customer service needs to hear from customers who cannot make a payment before service is disconnected. After being disconnected, service can only be restored if a full payment of the total balance on the account and any applicable fees is made. Customer service has a payment arrangement plan available for customers who need a little extra time making OUC electric payments. Other programs include:

  • Project Care: Project Care offers donations to customers having financial trouble. Customers donate to the program and OUC matches and doubles all donations. For instance, customers donating $1 results in a donation of $2 by OUC.
  • Medical Alert: The Medical Alert program ensures customers with medical equipment requiring electricity are notified of planned outages before they occur. Special considerations may be allowed if service is due to be disconnected for non-payment.
  • Special Needs Registry: Customers with special needs are placed on a registry to ensure service is not discontinued without proper notification.
