How to Pay Your Bill
Pay online: Customers wanting to pay your Kansas Gas bill online by visiting http://www.kansasgasservice.com/MyAccount/PaymentOptions/OnlinePayment.aspx. Payments are accepted in the form of electronic check, debit card or credit card. There are no fees associated with paying online unless you use a payment station that charge $2.13 per occurrence.
Automatic bank draft: Kansas Gas payments are automatically deducted from your savings or checking account on a monthly basis.
Pay by phone: You can pay your Kansas Gas bill by phone by calling 1-800-794-4780. Acceptable payments include check, credit card and debit card. Fees are added to the payment.
- Credit card – payments up to and including $500 are charged a fee of $2.13.
- Debit card – regardless of payment, a $2.13 fee is applied to the payment.
Pay in person: You can pay your Kansas Gas bill in person by visiting one of several convenience locations.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Kansas Gas charges customers fees associated with late payments, disconnection, reconnection and possibly a security deposit. When we spoke to customer service, they informed us there were fees, but did not disclose the specific amounts. The only information they provided us was regarding the criteria for a security deposit.
- Interrupted service within the past five years
- Poor credit history.
- Unpaid balance within the past three years.
- Unpaid balance that is more than 60 day past due.

- Collection charge: $10
- Disconnect charge: $10
- Insufficient funds charge: $30
