How to Pay the Bill

Pay by direct debit: Vodafone offers direct debit as a payment option for all customers. Customers must call 08700-700191 from a landline phone or 191 from their mobile device to sign-up for direct debit.

Pay by credit or debit card: All credit or debit card payments can be processed through Vodafone customer service by dialing 191 from your mobile phone.

Pay by BACS: BACS payments must include the sort code 20-00-00 and account number 30830208. Your account number and name must be entered for proper credit to your mobile account.
