Change Credo Plan Minutes
Credo Mobile is a socially-aware mobile phone company offering customers no contract service. A portion of every payment made to Credo is donated to worldwide causes chosen by Credo and Credo customers. Credo started out in the 1980s as a credit card company. They moved into home phone service in the 1990s and eventually into the mobile phone market in the 2000s.
About Your Credo Plan
Your Credo plan is not set in stone. You can change Credo plan minutes from your account page [+]. Simply log in to your account and change from limited minutes to unlimited minutes. There are two plans available for each type of customer – individual and family. Family customers will pay an additional fee per line if switching from limited minutes to unlimited minutes.
Plans Available from Credo
Contract Plans: Credo wireless does not offer customers contract plans. The no contract company offers all plans on a prepaid basis.
Prepaid Plans: We found four prepaid plans from Credo wireless. There are two plans for individuals and two plans for families [+].
- 700 Individual: For $39.99 a month, individual customers have access to 700 anytime minutes. There is an additional $4.99 per month fee for unlimited text messages and a $29.99 per month fee for unlimited data for smartphones.
- Unlimited Individual: For $59.99 a month, individual customers have access to unlimited anytime minutes. Customers must pay an additional $4.99 a month for unlimited text messages and $29.99 a month for unlimited data for smartphones.
- 700 Family: The 700-minute family plan costs $69.99 per month for the first two lines and $9.99 for each additional line. Customers can choose to pay the $4.99 per month fee for a single line to have unlimited text messages or $24.99 per month for unlimited messages for all lines. The $29.99 per month fee for unlimited data is charged per line.
- Unlimited Family: The Unlimited Family plan is identical to the 700-minute family plan, but customers get unlimited talk. The additional fee for text is the same across all family plans. There is an additional $10 per month fee, from $9.99 per line top $19.99 per line for lines 3 to 5.
- PayAsYouGo Plans: There are no pay-as-you-go plans available from Credo wireless. Customers can choose to change Credo plan minutes, but they cannot choose to pay for service on a per use basis.
Money is added to the Credo mobile account to cover monthly plan costs. If you change Credo plan minutes from limited to unlimited on the family plan, you will pay an additional $10 per month per lines 3, 4 and 5.
